« В основе предложений общественный мониторинг выполнения Указов и поручений Президента РФ, борьба с коррупцией и расточительством, актуальные проблемы улучшения качества жизни в регионе, которыми занимается региональное отделение Общероссийского народного фронта», — отметил Юрий Дьяков.– В общем «Фронтовики» подготовили полтора десятка рекомендаций».
Вместе со своими коллегами по общественной работе основное внимание в рамках проблем озвученных на Форуме ОНФ Юрий Ильич уделил необходимости разработки территориальной схемы обращения с отходами с учетом варианта строительства современного мусороперерабатывающего завода в срок до 2020 года. «Подобная необходимость назрела потому что в Сахалинской области десятилетиями не решается данный вопрос, который негативно влияет на состояние природы и здоровье человека. Свалки это источник ядовитого дыма, выделяющегося при открытом горении мусора, а также эпидемий, так как там развиваются сотни видов болезнетворных микробов. Мэрия Южно-Сахалинска вместо того чтобы сделать упор на переработку мусора пока ограничивается планами открытия нового полигона, где отходы будут прессовать, упаковывать в целлофан, а затем закапывать под землю. Считаю, что это преступно по отношению к нашим потомкам. Чиновникам пора задуматься о своей личной ответственности, — указал Юрий Дьяков».

Кроме того, без сохранения окружающей среды невозможно развитие туризма, с чем мы связываем большие надежды», – уверен Ю. Дьяков.
Напомним, что подобная работа востребована и в соответствии с вступающими в силу с 01.01.2016 изменениями в Федеральный закон от 24.06.1998 № 89-ФЗ «Об отходах производства и потребления»».
