Председатель Сахалинской «ОПОРЫ РОССИИ» Юрий Дьяков отмечает, что деловая общественность не намерена больше мириться с монополистическим положением муниципальных учреждений Южно-Сахалинска, которые напрямую ведут к разрушению предпринимательского сообщества областного центра.
