«ОПОРА РОССИИ» и Администрация Приморья подписали соглашение о сотрудничестве
Президент «ОПОРЫ РОССИИ» Александр Калинин и первый вице-губернатор Приморского края Василий Усольцев подписали соглашение о сотрудничестве в рамках второго Восточного экономического форума.
Предметом соглашения стало взаимодействие сторон, которое будет направлено на повышение инвестиционной привлекательности региона и развитие конкурентной среды. Одной из составляющих сотрудничества станет внедрение Стандарта развития конкуренции в регионе.
Со своей стороны «ОПОРА РОССИИ» обещает содействие в разработке мероприятий и программ по поддержке субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства, оказании государственной поддержки инвестиционной деятельности, а также в решении правовых, экономических и организационных вопросов.
Ранее во время двусторонней встречи с руководителем организации Александром Калининым Губернатор Приморья Владимир Миклушевский подчеркнул, что треть субъектов предприятий малого и среднего бизнеса всего Дальнего Востока приходится на Приморье. «По нашим данным, более 30 процентов ВРП Приморья – это малый и средний бизнес», – отметил Александр Калинин.
«В регионе создана эффективная система поддержки малого и среднего предпринимательства. Приняты государственные краевые программы, постоянно совершенствуется законодательная база. Дополнительные привилегии обеспечивают территории опережающего развития и закон о Свободном порте Владивосток. Стимулом к развитию предпринимательства также стал запуск программы “дальневосточный гектар”», – заявил Губернатор.
