В обращении Председателя Сахалинского отделения Юрия Дьякова в адрес Правительства Сахалинской области и Администрации города Южно-Сахалинска сообщалось и о затруднениях в работе предпринимателей, связанных с внедрением нового дизайн-кода города.
Дизайн-код Южно-Сахалинска представляет собой объемный документ и в ходе проведения анализа настоящего документа, считаем, что он ограничивает деятельность субъектов предпринимательской деятельности, в связи с чем требует разъяснений и внесения соответствующих изменений.
Примером может послужить изменение элементов фасадов жилых и общественных зданий: входные группы, вывески или отделка фасада, связанные с этим расходы, должны ложиться на плечи предпринимателю, а не на администрацию города, которая должна приводить в порядок фасады. Или размещение информации об организации на вывеске, к примеру, «магазин Салют», для потребителя непонятно, какой деятельностью занимается данный магазин, а краткое описание ассортимента не предусмотрено дизайн-кодом. Кроме того, предприниматели города недостаточно информированы о новых требованиях, и проводимых консультациях.
Мы попросили оказать помощь и поддержку в доработке требований и проведении информационной кампании для разъяснения требований дизайн-кода.
Правительство Сахалинской области рассмотрело обращение и поручило создать рабочую группу, в которую включены все бизнес объединения области.
