24 января приняли участие в Первом заседании Совета работодателей по вопросам укрепления здоровья работников Сахалинской области, организованном Министерством здравоохранения Сахалинской области, ГБУЗ «Сахалинский областной центр общественного здоровья и медицинской профилактики» и Союзом «Торгово-промышленная палата Сахалинской области.
На заседании выбрали председателя Совета, единогласно проголосовав за Галину Юрьевну Дзюбу, а также утвердили план мероприятий на первое полугодие 2023 года.
Задачами Совета являются:
— создание в коллективах предприятий идеологии здорового образа жизни путем проведения мероприятий;
— разработка инструментов для мотивирования сотрудников предприятий заниматься своим здоровьем (по возможности увязывать с их карьерным ростом и экономическим благополучием и с состоянием здоровья в виде премий и надбавок к зарплате, компенсаций, улучшенным пакетом социальных гарантий и другими видами поощрений);
— мониторинг показателей программы для выявления предприятий с высоким показателями системы охраны здоровья работников и составления рейтинга;
— разработка концепции и проведение ежегодного конкурса для работодателей на присвоение знака «Компания для здоровья и благополучия» на региональном уроне.
