Следует отметить, что этот вопрос члены Регионального отделения «ОПОРЫ РОССИИ» поднимали на протяжении длительного времени. Напомним, что одной из самых главных экономических проблем были обозначены процессы привлечения иностранной рабочей силы и возможной коррумпированности этого направления из-за информационной закрытости работы ответственных органов власти.
Как известно, вопросы привлечения иностранных рабочих визового режима сегодня находятся в компетенции специальных межведомственных комиссий, создаваемых в субъектах Федерации. Состав участников этого органа строго регламентирован федеральным законодательством, и включает в себя руководителей курирующих миграционную политику ведомств – УФМС, службы занятости населения, курирующих эти вопросы руководителей региональных властей. В Сахалинской области председателем межведомственной комиссии является первый зампред островного Правительства Сергей Шередекин.
