Эта опасность должна нам служить для того, чтобы укреплять сотрудничество наций и народностей нашей великой страны. Кто бы мы ни были по происхождению, иностранцы всех нас считают русскими.
Не думаю, что судья с подачи прокуратуры приняла неправильное решение потому что как некоторые говорили они «террористы», «шпионы», «провокаторы», «предатели» и «шайтаны». Верю, что апелляционная жалоба с требованием об отмене данного решения как незаконного и необоснованного будет удовлетворена, а виновный наказан. Интересно, что представители прокуратуры, которые и выступили первоначально инициаторами рассмотрения текста книги «Мольба к Богу», подали жалобу на решение судьи только после того как Рамзан Кадыров направил свою апеляцию по данному делу. Это сейчас в прокуратуре говорят, что они просили суд признать экстремистским только мнение автора этой книги, а не аяты из Корана. Тогда почему они сразу не оспорили решение суда?
Между прочим, книга, которая стала предметом скандала, была опубликована еще в советский период, когда вся литература подвергалась жесткой цензуре. Тем не менее, ничего вредного в ней нашли. Ее автор востоковед Игнатий Крачковский даже был лауреатом Сталинской премии. Получается, что сахалинский судья превзошла пресловутый Сталинский режим? Это сомнительная честь.
Мне вообще не понятно как может судья — «светский человек» без привлечения религиозных деятелей выносить решения по сакральным текстам. Гарвард признал аят Корана одним из лучших высказываний о справедливости и украсил им вход в свой юридический факультет.
Говоря простым языком, прокуратура и суд просто подставили государство, от лица которого выступают.
