«Фронтовики» отметили, что их предложения, подготовленные в ходе мониторинга качества и приемки объектов социального, культурного и бытового назначения и домов, построенных для переселенцев из ветхого и аварийного жилья, легли в основу рекомендаций Министерства строительства региона для муниципальных образований.
«В отдельных муниципалитетах продолжается практика формального исполнения функций строительного контроля от стороны заказчика. В результате большое недовольство жителей вызывает качество строительства, отсутствие благоустройства и инженерной инфраструктуры. Кроме того, есть множество нареканий к проведению капитального ремонта, особенно это касается аварийных домов, предназначенных для переселения, и к организации местными властями информирования граждан о сроках и объемах выполнения ремонта», — указала руководитель региональной рабочей группы ОНФ «Качество повседневной жизни» Елена Полушина в Сахалинской области.
Эксперты ОНФ продолжают заниматься выявлением сомнительных госзакупок. Так, недавно они обратили внимание на закупку 150 пластмассовых светильников-«тюльпанов» (282,2 тыс. руб. за штуку), многие из которых были повалены в результате циклона. Активисты Народного фронта также добились льготного проезда на общественном транспорте для школьников Южно-Сахалинска. Особое внимание «фронтовики» уделяют вопросам здравоохранения и приспособленности инфраструктуры для людей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья. После проведения соответствующих мониторингов в областное правительство были направлены замечания по их итогам.
«Для реального влияния гражданских активистов на решения чиновников необходимо разработать и принять региональный закон об общественном контроле и обеспечить населению возможность напрямую общаться с представителями власти и свободно получать официальную информацию.
