В Москве под эгидой «Партии роста» прошел бизнес-форум, на котором создана система самообороны представителей среднего и малого бизнеса. Главными проблемами для предпринимателей являются высокие тарифы, кредитные ставки и административная нагрузка.
Более подходящего места для проведения бизнес-форума с громким названием «Набат» в Москве было трудно сыскать. Не рядом с Кремлем, в притирку с чиновными государственными учреждениями, а в бывшей промзоне советских предприятий.
«В прошлом году в стране прошло более восьми миллионов проверок, количество возбужденных уголовных дел выросло на 30 процентов, повсеместно нарушаются права собственности, сносятся объекты, отбираются сельхозугодья, односторонне прекращаются договора аренды. И все это на фоне того, что в стране идет кризис, самый тяжелый, долгий, изматывающий за всю историю новой России. Но это не мешает правительству поднимать ставки по кредитам, тарифы монополий, налоги и аренду по кадастровой стоимости. Всё это делает бизнес не только опасным, но и невыгодным», — сказал Борис Титов, сорвав аплодисменты зала.
Предприниматель и кандидат кандидат в депутаты Думы Дмитрий Потапенко сказал, что представители малого и среднего бизнеса находятся в безвыходном положении.
«Власти нас не слышат. Чтобы наш голос был услышан в Государственной думе, и была образована «Партия роста». – заявил Потапенко.
Потапенко призвал коллег отказаться от ныне практикуемой установки, когда предприниматели не ходят на выборы, они вне политики.
«Но когда появляется «закон Яровой» и ему подобные, приходим в ужас. Вот и результат нашего бездействия», — пристыдил коллег Дмитрий Потапенко.
После завершения форума Борис Титов дал эксклюзивное интервью «Новым Известиям».
— Борис Юрьевич, что такое «Набат» и какие надежды возлагаются на этот новый механизм взаимодействия предпринимателей?
— У нас в стране очень много организаций, которые опекают бизнес. И все эти организации, особенно в условиях кризиса, имеют очень небольшую эффективность. Сегодня вопрос стоит критически: если не менять ситуацию с «наездами» на бизнес, давление на него со стороны правоохранительных органов, проверяющих инстанций, то все мы будем стагнировать, и уйдем в депрессию. Бизнес разоряется. И сегодня встал вопрос о создании объединения для самозащиты. Защищать себя самим и продвигать свои идеи в экономику будущего. Смысл набата: я нажимаю кнопку на айфоне…
— И что это за таинственная кнопка?
— Если на тебя «наезжают», если проверки считаешь незаконными, нажимаешь кнопку и на этот тревожный сигнал реагируют твои товарищи, которые рядом, региональный уполномоченный по защите прав бизнеса, который имеет право участвовать в проверках, юристы. Кроме того, нажимая на эту кнопку, ты можешь голосовать…

— Нет. Голосование за решение, которое принимается в «Набате». Партия
– только инструмент для «Набата», а не наоборот. Потому что партия будет принимать решение, исходя из того, как будет голосовать бизнес. Эти решения и будут выноситься в парламент для принятия тех или иных законов.
— С каким настроением идет «Партия роста» на думские выборы?
— Конечно, мы идем за победой. Это наша задача. А цель – добиться создания другой экономики с помощью «Набата». Чтобы страна развивалась на базе рыночной, предпринимательской экономики, а не на базе экспорта сырья.
— В случае прохождения в Госдуму, не станет ли «Партия роста» еще одним крылом «Единой России»?
— Мы готовы сотрудничать со всеми, но будем отстаивать интересы людей дела, которых «Единая Россия» просто не видит.
