— За последний год перед нами открылись новые горизонты развития туриндустрии на острове. Теперь же у нас паника. Я уже не говорю о том цинизме и издевательстве над людьми, которые живут на островах, о пресловутой экономике которая просто дряхлеет на глазах. На всех углах трезвонят о каких-то программах и планах развития.
Мы буквально за год сумели «встать с колен», привлекли туристов на остров, люди поехали. Теперь это все просто отрубают.
— Марина Владимировна, председатель регионального правительства заявила на совещании при губернаторе — «Разницу между в тарифами будут доплачивать адресно, жителям Сахалинской области, через социальные службы». Что мы имеем на практике? Жителям области хоть как-то,но компенсируют их затраты, а туристы из регионов России станут приобретать билеты на Итуруп по полной стоимости?
— Да, они просто не поедут. У нас, жителей Итурупа, до сих пор есть сомнения. Мы полагаем, что датировать авиаперевозки станут только жителям Курильских островов на наши рейсы, а Сахалинцы так же станут покупать билеты по полной стоимости. Пока полной уверенности, что компенсация дойдет до всех островитян у нас нет.
Теперь о курильчанах, тут зарплаты такие же как на Сахалине. На Сахалине люди имеют какую зарплату, 30−40 тысяч рублей?
— Официальные данные о средней заработной плате конечно выше.
— В прошлом году к нам прилетали сахалинцы. Теперь кто к нам поедет, не говоря уже о москвичах, которым необходимо преодолеть бешеное расстояние до Сахалина, купить за бешенные деньги билет с Москвы до Южно-Сахалинска, а еще за 34 000 купить билеты на Итуруп за час полетного времени в один конец?
— У вас уже есть информация о стоимости билетов в 34 000?
— Да, эта сумма за перелет в оба конца.
— Скажите, какого рода у вас бизнес на острове?
— Туристический. Компания «Гидрострой», основная деятельность которой связана с рыбной отраслью и строительством, посчитала возможным развивать туристическое направление в своей деятельности. У нас на острове произошло становление социальной инфраструктуры. Мы гордимся своим бассейном, который не хуже своего собрата в областном центре. Люди почувствовали, что наконец-то смогут здесь жить. Не как временщик, на вахту, переспать на панцирной кровати, а именно жить!
А теперь жителю нужно найти 34 000 чтобы затем бегать по коридорам в соцзащите и выпрашивать компенсацию, собирая документы? Когда ему вернут эти деньги и вернут ли вообще? Насколько надо ненавидеть людей?

— Да, туристы поехали в этом году. В прошлом, 2015 году, я приехала на Итуруп по приглашению с Южно-Сахалинска. Приехала развивать туризм. База хорошая у предприятия. Есть гостиница. Можно было с чего-то начинать. Я в прошедшем году зарегистрировалась как единственный и легальный туроператор, официально, с полным осознанием гражданской ответственности. С декабря мы развернули полноценную рекламную кампанию. Уже в январе к нам поехали первые туристы. За неполный год мы смогли принять 215 человек. Часть гостей мы потеряли из-за того, что не хватало самолетов у авиакомпании «Аврора», якобы они нахватали маршрутов и не могут полноценно освоить все направления, не хватало билетов. Теплоход «Игорь Фархутдинов» ходит один на линии, периодически меняя расписание, «Поларис» в очередной раз сломался. Представляете, каково было туристу, попавшему к нам в область? Теперь этими тарифами нас хотят добить окончательно.
А люди реально поехали. Мы на источники приглашаем сахалинцев, приезжают поправить здоровье. Не секрет, Дагинские источники на Сахалине еще не скоро смогут принять посетителей. У нас же здесь все уже выстроено. Обустроены ванночки, завели их под крышу. У нас есть множество благодарственных отзывов от тех, кто приехал. И вот, заканчивается год, только появились у нас перспективы.

— В этом случае сколько человек останется без работы на острове?
— Туристов принимают предприниматели, примерно человек 15−20, таксисты зарабатывают свой кусок на хлеб, гостиницы останутся пустыми. Последствия будут комплексными.
— Видимо речь можно вести о налоговых потерях в местный бюджет?
— Конечно, наряду с нашим агентством работают еще две компании с Южно-Сахалинска. Они так же пострадают.
Для понимания «привлекательности» туристических объектов нашей области стоит отметить — улететь из Москвы на Мальту в оба конца будет стоить чуть более 15 000 рублей. С пересадкой в Цюрихе.
