В ходе предыдущей проверки качества строительства жилья для переселенцев из ветхого и аварийного фонда в Долинском районе активисты сахалинского отделения ОНФ выявили нарушения в доме по адресу: переулок Горный, дом 16, в селе Взморье. В здании, принятом в эксплуатацию в декабре 2014 г., отсутствовала действующая канализация, в результате чего сточные воды затопили подвал. Из-за отсутствия электрических счетчиков жильцы напрямую подключили электроэнергию. Уже год они не платят за свет и воду, потому что им никто не выставляет счетов. Управляющая компания отказалась заниматься обслуживанием проблемного дома. По просьбе районной администрации руководство компании организовало только уборку придомовой территории.
