Торжественное открытие Клинцовского местного отделения БРО общероссийской общественной организации малого и среднего предпринимательства «ОПОРА РОССИИ» состоялось во вторник, 26 июля. Руководитель нового отделения Сергей Шантарович заявил, что хочет привлечь в предпринимательство много молодёжи.
Второе по счёту в этом году местное отделение Брянского РО «ОПОРЫ РОССИИ» — Клинцовское — официально открыто 26 июля. Торжественное мероприятие прошло в зале заседаний Клинцовской горадминистрации, а присутствующих приветствовал глава горадминистрации Сергей Евтееев.
Клинцы стали вторым городом региона, где создано собственное местное отделение организации малого и среднего предпринимательства. В мае было открыто Новозыбковское местное отделение. Таким образом, местные отделения «ОПОРЫ» действуют во всех крупных городах Брянской области — Брянске, Клинцах и Новозыбкове.
Прослойка малого бизнеса во втором по величине городе Брянской области значительна: в 2015 году здесь насчитывалось 2176 индивидуальных предпринимателей и 322 малых предприятия, на которых работали 3940 работников. Тем не менее, директор областного департамента экономического развития Сергей Лысенко заметил, что для 80-тысячных Клинцов этого недостаточно, и предпринимательскую прослойку необходимо увеличивать.
С г-ном Лысенко согласен и председатель Клинцовского отделения «ОПОРЫ РОССИИ» Сергей Шанторович (его представил всем председатель Брянского регионального отделения «ОПОРЫ», депутат Брянской областной Думы Виктор Гринкевич). В своём программном выступлении г-н Шанторович особо подчеркнул, что будет всеми силами стараться привлечь в предпринимательство — особенно в IT-сферу — клинцовскую молодежь, студентов, выпускников. «Необходимо, чтобы молодые люди определяли для себя цели в жизни — бизнес-цели», — подчеркнул Сергей Шантарович.

Перед клинцовскими предпринимателями выступили представители регионального антимонопольного ведомства, налогового управления, Росреестра, а также представители Брянского микрофинансового фонда «Новый мир» и венчурного фонда Промсвязьбанка и «ОПОРЫ РОССИИ».
