В прошлом году правительством начала реализовываться программа кредитования малого и среднего бизнеса. При этом 98% всех заемщиков исправно обслуживают свои кредиты».
Как проинформировал Ардзинба, в Министерстве экономики, по поручению Президента Абхазии, прорабатывается закон, который будет предоставлять «налоговые каникулы» начинающим предпринимателям, до конца года законопроект планируется представить в Парламент. Кроме того, идет работа над поправками в закон, гарантирующий защиту прав предпринимателей и регламентирующий проведение государственных проверок.
Он также напомнил о деятельности государственного инвестиционного агентства при Министерстве экономики: «Это новая организация, которая призвана оказывать поддержку, как внутреннему, так иностранному инвестору».
Подводя итоги работы круглого стола «Основные направления развития экспортоориентированного сельского хозяйства Республики Абхазия в контексте сотрудничества с Российской Федерацией», председатель правления Ассоциации экспертов рынка Ритейла Андрей Карпов отметил:
«Сельское хозяйство должно стать локомотивом в развитии Абхазской экономики, занимать важное место в развитии потенциала республики. Необходимо полностью аудировать использование в Абхазии рынка сельхозземель, понять, каким образом эта земля используется. И важно производить продукцию таким циклом, чтобы выходить на рынок не тогда, когда все предлагают эту продукцию, а в то время, когда испытывается дефицит в этом продукте.
