По мнению главы государства, давление со стороны правоохранительных органов часто является «совершенно избыточным». Кроме того, президент предлагает запретить следственным органам изымать серверы и жесткие диски при проведении следственных мероприятий на предприятиях.
«Давление в этом секторе избыточно, и мы поддерживаем инициативу президента. У нас и у других бизнес-объединений есть по этому вопросу наработки, мы готовы их в рамках рабочей группы по мониторингу давления со стороны правоохранительных органов в отношении бизнеса представить в ближайшее время», — сказал Калинин.
