Спустя несколько лет энергетиками проводилась модернизация линии без отключения электроэнергии, которая предполагает монтаж параллельной линии рядом с существующей, а после запуска новой линии производится демонтаж старой.
В данном случае получилось так, что новую ЛЭП разместили ближе к магазину, в результате чего магазин попал в охранную зону линии. И в этом случае предприниматель не виноват. Напомним, в «пилотном» проекте под раздачу попадают более 50 объектов бизнеса.
На совместном совещании экспертов «Опоры России» и энергетиков с Администрацией города Южно-Сахалинска было принято решение отозвать иск и найти альтернативный путь решения данной ситуации.
